Recruting Criteria

I need to ask that what is the most influential and Decisive Criteria the company has to post in looking to recruit the best poll of applicants.

That depends on the job. I would always look at what is most important in that next candidate. Look at what was missing in the last candidate or what was most beneficial quality of the last person who held the job. Hope that helps.
