Find Employees

The best way to find employees is often through a referral. This works best for general help like office workers or part time workers. It is not such a great strategy for locating your next CFO or VP of Engineering.

Start with the best people. If they network as part of their job, they may have colleagues who have similar skills and professional interests. 

Have them think about peers, managers they have worked for in previous jobs, support staff that did good work etc.
